REMANUFACTURING

For complete remanufacturing, each pump is...

Disassembled and inspected, with written quote prepared at no charge.
Cleaned in alkaline hot tank, with materials disposed of per regulatory guidelines.
Assembled and lubricated using new seals, filters, oil, and quoted replacement parts.
Run-in for 20 hours minimum.
Mass spectrometer leak tested, measured for blank-off pressure, checked for oil leaks and unusual noises.
Painted, labelled, crated or palletized, and shipped - all with a fast turnaround time.

BALANCING

MHV can dynamically balance impellers up to 1,500-pounds.
Also available is a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) vibration analysis performed on all laser boosters.

TESTING

MHV has an extensive collection of Dial Snap Gages, Bore Gages, and Setting Masters to properly gage shaft, eccentric, and piston slide diameters within +-.001.
Complete Hot Test facilities for:

- Blowers: 100-hp variable frequency test stand.
- Laser Boosters: 5-hp variable frequency test stand to 85-Hz.
- Liquid Rings: Test stand with diesel oil circulation and heat exchanger to test up to 50-hp; capacitance manometer vacuum gaging.

RENTING

MHV generally has rental units available to minimize downtime during rebuilding.
