More Time Between Rebuilds
Worn-out vacuum pumps are no match for our remanufacturing process. We inspect every component, run it through our 6-point checklist, and return your pump to OEM or better standards. And that’s just the beginning. Our Sentinel monitoring system, warranty and ongoing support stretch your uptime like no other high-vacuum pump partner in our industry.
Frequently Asked Questions
Service intervals depend on both the aggressiveness of the process your vacuum equipment supports and the type of pump or blower used. Your facility’s preventative maintenance schedule will also impact the time between remanufacturing.
We offer the fastest turnaround in the industry. Rotary piston pumps can be fully remanufactured in as little as two weeks—including piston slide resleeving and hinge bar reboring when needed. Stokes blowers are often rebuilt in under a week, and even the largest Roots blowers can be remanufactured just as quickly. The only potential delay comes from lead times on parts sourced outside our shop—which is why we handle more in-house machining than anyone else.
Yes—a one-year warranty, or 18 months after delivery if the equipment isn’t installed right away—and it’s a warranty we stand behind.
We support pump manufacturers from Aerzen to Welch—and everything in between—with an up-to-date inventory of remanufactured equipment.
